Senior Section - We run four adult sides and a Vets (AKA The Pulsars). The First Team play at National Level Seven and are in London 2 (North West). We train under floodlights on Tuesday and Thursday and have qualified coaches and a full support team. Youth Section - We have opportunities for all boys and girls from Under 6 to our prestigious Academy for the oldest players. All our age groups have RFU qualified coaches with full DBS checks. We pride ourselves on fun, skill and safety.
Training and matches or tournaments take place on Sunday mornings for the Minis (Under 6 - Under 12s). The Juniors (Under 13s - Under 18s) also play or train on Sundays and some weekday evenings. Our players are regular promoted to the County Team and we have had players representing either Middlesex or Hertfordshire.

Girls and Women Section - Our girls section (AKA The Tigers) has only been established for a few years and is growing in strength and skill. They now compete in a number of local tournaments. They train and/or play on Sunday mornings.
