We have previously announced our Annual General Meeting will be taking place in the Clubhouse at Donkey Lane from 7:30pm on Thursday 3rd July: and we are now able to give more information. This is invariably a good opportunity for ALL members to hear how the club has fared during the course of the last season, and to provide feedback on our exciting projects.

Please arrive in good time for a 7:30pm start. If you are unable to attend please send your apologies to the Chair or Secretary.

To save unnecessary waste the AGM Reports will not be available at the meeting but will be distributed before the meeting via email, members are asked to print which papers they wish to bring themselves.

Members can also view the Club Accounts Year Ended April 2025 ahead of the meeting. Please contact the Club Secretary by email to request a copy. Printed copies of the accounts will be available on the day.

If you would like to suggest any items for discussion at the meeting, please notify us by email asap so that the agenda can be updated accordingly.
