In his memory, Lucas’ family and the rugby club established the Lucas Yoxall Memorial Fund. This fund is dedicated to helping young players who may not have the financial means to access rugby. The fund provides equipment, subscriptions, and support to ensure the sport is accessible to all, no matter their background.
This is a fitting tribute to Lucas’ enduring love for rugby and his commitment to the community.
Frank Antwi and Carl Asare-Anderson will be running the Manchester Marathon tomorrow to raise £1,000 for the Memorial Fund. For Carl and Frank, it’s the perfect way to honour Lucas' legacy and continue the work that the fund represents. Every penny raised will go directly to helping young players experience the sport that meant so much to Lucas.
The target of £1000 has already been achieved and stands at over £1500. Any further donation would be incredibly gratefully received, no matter how big or small. Together, we can ensure that Lucas' spirit lives on at the club, helping others enjoy rugby just as he did.
Thank you for your support. The Ignatian family truly appreciate your generosity.
