The Cheddars Squad brought to a close the Summer mid season break with two fine performances Wednesday night (16th July ). Under the warm summer sun at the Home of Rugby in North London (AKA Donkey Lane) the team coasted to victory against Fullerians with a 3 - 0 victory, an then recovered from being 0 - 1 down, to force a well deserved win against Hemel Hempstead (Jesters) 6 - 4.

This strong performance propelled the Cheddars from 7th in the Table (of nine) to 1st place, marking a remarkable rise in of six positions in the standings. We now have a total of 23 points, having played two additional matches.

The results of the night also had impact on all the other teams, including those who were not scheduled to play, resulting in OAs dropping from first place to third place and Jesters moving to second place.
