Essential facts.
Enfield Cheddars were in the Finals Day of the Masters League held at Old Albanians (so much grass on their pitches!). We were drawn in a Pool with the hosts, Tabard and Bishop's Stortford, all of whom had provided tough opposition in the league (April to September). In the first game we lost 6 - 1 to OAs. Before the second game there were minutes of training and we beat Tabard. More minutes of training helped to secure a victory over Stortford. And so we arrived in the final to face Old Albanians, confident in all the training. Final score Old Albanians 1 - Enfield Cheddars 2.

There were smiles as wide as Cheddar Gorge when captain Mugsy received the trophy
