Firstly, a reminder to members that the club’s AGM will be taking place at the clubhouse on Thursday July 4. Please arrive in good time for a 7.30pm start. If you are unable to attend please send your apologies to the Chair or Secretary.

This is invariably a good opportunity for ALL members from to hear how the club has fared during the course of the last season, and to provide feedback at a time when the club has embraced a number of exciting projects.

Please note that the club has also recruited a new head coach, Gary Phillips, for the senior section.

The senior section will embark on their pre-season training as of July 9. Twice weekly sessions will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The start-time in each case is 7pm sharp.

Last but not least, congratulations to the Enfield Tigers’ graduate, Niamh Gallagher, (pictured) on being selected for the Ireland Women’s U20s squad which will contest the forthcoming Summer Series in Parma, Italy, which runs from July 4 to July 14.

According to the host nation’s website, Ireland will variously face off against England (July 4), Italy (July 9) and Scotland (July 14).
