After all the months of planning and negotiation, last Thursday saw the first joint coaching session by new coaches Ben Meehan (London Irish) and Ian Hembrow (Ospreys) (Pictured).

The new coaches provided a challenging session for the senior players with all, new to the club and "old hands", trying to catch the eye of the coaches. Despite the pouring rain (in August!!) and the challenge of the RFU Covid coaching parameters, there is already evidence of the level of of the skills expected by the coaches and the style of rugby they want to achieve for all senior teams and the Academy.

Ben and Ian will now be running all the training session twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30 under floodlights. New players are welcome but must contact Jake (Club Captain - 07887 240158) to ensure compliance with the Club's Covid Track and Trace Protocol.
