Enfield Ignatians managed to pull the irons out of the fire after coming from behind to beat Harrow 10-7 in the Counties Two Herts-Middlesex clash at Donkey Lane on Saturday 14 December, writes Jonathan Landi.

Trailing 7-0 at the interval, Ignatians turned the game around in the second-half following tries from Ryan Loo and Finlay MacKay.

Calum Middleton, (Pictured) having clearly found his niche at prop, was the Lavender Hill Garage Man of the Match.

Ignatians round off the first half of the season with an away trip to Saracens Amateurs on Saturday 21 December.

A full report on the Harrow game has been published in the relevant match reports’ section.

(DEC 15/JUNIOR} The U15s won their friendly against their Ruislip counterparts 29-19 at Donkey Lane. Ciaran, Patrick (two), Cian and Donie all crossed for the home side, with the hosts also adding two conversions.

The U16s pitted themselves against the division higher Hemel Hempstead in a friendly, also played at Donkey Lane, and were far from disgraced despite the 33-7 defeat. Jake scored for Ignatians, with Ben adding the extras.

(ENFIELD TIGERS) The Enfield Tigers U18s team lost 36-0 to Beccehamians.
