IT'S PAY BACK TIME FOR THE THREES

The threes, beaten 19-0 by Chesham in October, gained a handsome revenge over the same opposition in a keenly fought contest at Donkey Lane.

Although, only five points separated the sides, the blue and golds made all the running and were never headed despite a spirited effort from the visitors.

Recognition, too, must be made of the off-the-field efforts of second row Jason Joseph. Doubling up as recruiting sergeant, he has been responsible for advent of a number of new recruits, and their presence was brought to bear here.

Ash Reid, for example, variously deployed in the dual role of hooker and centre, left a big imprint on the game with a brace of tries. Johnny, whose family name hasn't been supplied, also beat the drum for the new boys brigade by crossing the whitewash as the blue and golds ran-in three tries.

Kicker Dave Conlan added to the blue and golds' points tally adding a brace of conversions and a penalty as the threes again proved to be one of the division's top players,
