We welcome new senior players (18+) of all abilities & genders, whether you've played rugby for years, are returning after a break, or have never picked up a rugby ball before. Our friendly coaches and experienced players will help you settle in and enjoy everything that community rugby has to offer.

New Players Always Welcome
Starting somewhere new can feel daunting, but we'll make sure your first visit is as easy as possible. Just come along to a training session, introduce yourself, and we'll take care of the rest.

Senior training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday evening (for men), and Wednesday (for women), and your first session is completely free.
